Based upon a wider concept of health that goes beyond just the physical, this 6 month Online Group Coaching Programme has been developed from our famous “Foundations of Health and Wellbeing” Programme we’ve been delivering live, in-person to people within businesses for over 3 years.
There’s no need to be a gym member and you won’t be given a boring diet plan.
On the first Monday of each month at 7pm we run a live seminar covering a range of topics and simple, practical strategies you can apply to your lifestyle to level-up your health right away.
Can’t make Mondays at 7pm? No problem - all the webinars will be recorded so you can watch at your convenience.
